Who saw Jeremy Lin coming? You probably don't know much about the kid and how he affects the Knicks, so sign up for an ALL-ACCESS membership. In addition to NBA forecasts, picks, and information on every NBA game, you will also get game previews and analysis for every college basketball, college football, soccer, NHL, and NFL game.

Last night Jeremy Lin continued to shine for the New York Knicks. He led the squad to a 107-92 win over the lowly Washington Wizards by scoring 23 points and collecting 10 assists. The Harvard grad is excelling in the Mike D’Antoni system that relies on a point guard that can run the pick and roll. Lin is dicing up the spread out defenses by finishing around the rim and finding open shooters. Everyone and the mother are excited for the kid, but it’s too early to declare him a star. The Knicks’ last three games have been against the New Jersey Nets, the Utah Jazz, and the Wizards. Those aren’t exactly elite teams that play good defense. The Knicks host the Lakers tomorrow night. Los Angeles doesn’t have a good point guard to guard Lin on the perimeter, but let’s see how he does against a team that actually defends the basket.

Tonight there are two games on TNT, namely the Los Angeles Lakers at the Boston Celtics and the Oklahoma City Thunder at the Sacramento Kings. I’ve made two picks for these games that are available only to members. Sign in now to check them out or become an all-access member ASAP.
